Bashneft-Yug buys 57.9% shares in Millerovselmash for “$4m”
Multi-industry holding Bashneft-Yug has purchased 57.9% shares in Rostov region-based agricultural machinery producer Millerovselmash, Kommersant reports.
Bashneft-Yug’s subsidiaries – agricultural machinery producer Kormmash and agricultural machinery trader Agrotekhnika, both based in Rostov region, have purchased 26.6% and 31.3% shares respectively, the newspaper said.
The deal price has yet to be disclosed but is estimated by experts at about $3.9m.
The shares were reportedly sold by the CEO Lev Starikov, his wife, son and grandchildren.
